True Grit's eye pillows can be heated to aid in sleep and relaxation or cooled to calm headaches and tension. Drape this scented pillow over the eyes and brow to facilitate relaxation and meditation. We recommend storing your eye pillow in the freezer so its ready to use in the event of migraine, eye strain, or tension. Remove it from the freezer and place in the microwave for 10-15 second blasts for a soothing relaxing effect. Test on the inside of your arm before draping across your eyes and brow.
