Service Description
Working with an herbalist is a wonderful way to empower your healing journey with guidance and support. New clients receive a 90 minute initial consultation which includes a comprehensive look at your unique health history and goals. We'll explore everything from symptoms to lifestyle as well as patterns and practices around mental, emotional and spiritual health. At the end of your session Nitika will offer initial thoughts and insights on what was discussed and make recommendation of herbal remedies and supplements to support your being into a state of optimal harmony. Upon request, Nitika will formulate an herbal blend to address your specific needs. She grows an array of medicinal herbs and partners with a network of growers to provide plants to be compounded into these remedies. Initial consultations can be done in person at True Grit Wellness, or remotely via Zoom. Herbal formulations can be shipped. The cost of herbs or shipping is not included in the session price.
